1. Download it from  Here, unzip it
2. Open the file .exe
3. UltraSurf will now setup a secure connection , and open Internet Explorer by its own for you.

Ultra surf automatically sets the settings for Edge Browser and Chrome, however if you want to use it with Mozzila Firefox follow the steps below.

To use UltraSurf with firefox :

1. open Firefox
2. go to Tools >>Advanced >> Network >> settings
3. check the ” manual proxy configuration ” box
4. next to http proxy write  127.0.0.1
5. next to port write 9666
6. and check the ” use this proxy server for all protocols “
7. click ok and exit options  and you’re done

However to stop using Ultra Surf proxy on Firefox you will have to go reset settings by going back to Tools: >>Advanced >> Network >> settings  , and check the  “no proxy” box.
